Research Activities Application through TDPI UTMRS Approval

 

A.Meeting/Workshop/Seminar/Conference/Training/Site visit/ Fieldwork/ Colloquium/Discussion/Others outside UTM within Malaysia (involve travelling expenses)

Procedure and Compulsory Document:

1.            Application process: Project Leader should apply to TDPI:

http://razakschool.utm.my/research/conducting-research-activities-form/

2.            Approval process: The application will be approved by the TDPI through e-mail.

3.            Submit and email to  Mrs Noraini  (rnoraini.kl@utm.my) ” Request for approval to perform off-site work/duties Form” – Download REQUEST for approval TO PERFORM OFF-SITE WORK/DUTies, Download Blue Seminar Form.

B1. Organize Workshop/Meeting/training/discussion outside UTM within Malaysia (involve travelling expenses)

B2. Organize workshop/seminar/training in UTM (involve non-UTM staff/student)

Procedure and Compulsory Document:

1.            Application process: Project Leader should apply to TDPI using:

2.            Approval process: The application will be verified by the JKPP UTMRS committee and approved by the DVC (RI) through DVC (RI) official letter in hardcopy.

C1. Participant fees for attending conference/symposium/seminar/colloquium/courses within Malaysia (not presenting paper)

C2. Participant fees for conference/symposium/ seminar/ colloquium/courses out of Malaysia (not involve any travelling expenses & not presenting paper)

Procedure and Compulsory Document:

1.            Project Leader should submit the application of approval to the TDPI  using:

2.            The application will be verified and approved by TDPI UTMRS through e-mail.
